How to send specifications to Nova Linia?

This article is intended solely for Nova Liniia employees and their suppliers

The following article provides detailed instructions, complete with screenshots, on the process of sending specifications

The exchange of specifications with the 'Nova Liniia' network occurs exclusively through the 'Scenarios' functionality.

To access this, locate the 'Scenarios' section on the left side of the navigation bar:

Open the 'Scenarios' section and select the 'Official Scenarios' item:

On the current page, select 'Nova Liniia Specifications' and click on it:

Next, fill in all required fields in the document, which are highlighted in red:

Please search for your manager by entering their first and last name in the designated field. If needed, you can select multiple managers by clicking the ‘+’ icon next to the table

Once you have filled in all the fields, the 'Send' button will appear in the bottom right corner. Click on it:

Following this, the 'Create Document' button will appear. Click on that as well:

In the following document, you will find a section to upload an external file—this is where you should upload your specification:

After uploading the file, be sure to click the ‘Send’ button again at the bottom right corner:

At this point, the document will be successfully sent for processing according to the established procedure.
