How Do Cache and Cookies Work?
- When you visit a website (specifically our service), it creates cookies that make your browsing experience easier by storing your browsing data.
- The cache stores parts of web pages, like images, allowing for quicker access when you revisit them.
Why Do I Sometimes Need to Delete Cache and Cookies?
- Caches and cookies store information that can sometimes lead to difficulties in loading or formatting websites. Deleting this data can help resolve these issues.
How to Clear Cache and Cookies:

In the drop-down menu, select ‘Cookies and site data’ :
Then, click on ‘Manage cookies and site data’:
In the next window, click the trash bin icon next to ‘whitedoc.ua’ and ‘edo.whitedoc.ua’ to delete them:
After deletion, click the ‘Finish’ button in the same window and reload the page.
Once you've completed these steps, you can log in to the service again.
