When creating templates, WhiteDoc allows you to add content copied from various sources.

However, there are some limitations to keep in mind to avoid unpredictable errors.

Officially Supported Resources for Copying Content

WhiteDoc guarantees proper functionality when copying content only from the following supported resources:
  • ✔️ Microsoft Doc
  • ✔️ Microsoft Docx
  • ✔️ Google Doc
  • ✔️ Google Docx
  • ✔️ WhiteDoc to WhiteDoc

Copying Content from Third-Party Resources

While you can copy content from sources not listed in the officially supported resources, please be aware that doing so may lead to unpredictable errors.

Theoretically, you can also paste content from other sources into email templates.

Important Note!
WhiteDoc does not guarantee proper functionality when copying content from third-party resources that are not officially supported

Copying Tables to WhiteDoc

The service supports and ensures correct operation when copying tables from officially supported resources.

However, please note:

  1. Content in tables is pasted without formatting.
  2. Merged table cells are not supported.

Copying tables from third-party resources may result in unpredictable service errors, XML errors, and content sometimes being inserted incorrectly or without the table structure itself.

Please note!
WhiteDoc does not support copying tables from:
  • ❌ Microsoft Excel
  • ❌ Google Sheets

Any other resources not listed as officially supported.

Important Note!
WhiteDoc does not guarantee proper functionality when copying tables from third-party resources
