You can remove unnecessary documents in a variety of ways:

Important!
To delete an envelope, it must have one of the following statuses:
- Completed
- Expired
- Cancelled
- Draft
Go to the 'Mailbox':
Select an envelope from the list and open it:
In the envelope, click the ‘To trash’ button at the top:
Confirm your action by clicking the ‘Delete’ button:
You will receive a notification that the envelope has been successfully deleted, and you will be returned to your inbox:
Go to the 'Mailbox':
Select all the envelopes you wish to delete by ticking the checkboxes on the left:
In the panel that appears above, click the ‘To trash’ button:
Confirm your action by clicking the ‘Delete’ button:
You will receive a notification that the envelopes have been successfully deleted:
The deleted envelopes will be sent to the Recycle Bin, where they will be stored for 30 days. If needed, you can restore deleted envelopes from the 'Trash'
The envelopes will be automatically removed from our servers after 30 days if all participants in the processing order have moved them to the 'Trash'.
If not all participants in the processing order have moved the envelope to the trash, or if a deleted mailbox in the processing order did not move the envelope to the trash before it was deleted, the envelope will never be completely deleted and will remain in your trash indefinitely.
