View external documents with Microsoft Office Viewer

To view external documents using Microsoft Office Viewer, you can enable the display of files in various formats:
PDF; XLS; XLSX; DOC; DOCX; PPT; PPTX

If the preview function is turned off, files in the above formats will be available only for download and local viewing on your device:

Please note!
Files in .doc, .docx, and PDF formats are available for viewing and downloading, even if the function of viewing external documents using Microsoft Office Viewer is disabled

Activate viewing external files using
Microsoft Office Viewer

To activate, go to the 'Admin Panel':

Select 'Account settings':

Important!
The function of viewing external documents using Microsoft Office Viewer can be activated only by a user with Account Owner rights

Turn on the Allow 'Enable the viewing of external documents using Microsoft Office Viewer':

When the function is activated, a modal window will appear with a warning that we will use Microsoft Office Viewer to display files and a link to the privacy policy of this service.
Click the 'Accept' button and save the settings:

Details on how to view external documents using Microsoft Office Viewer:
  • The functionality of viewing external documents using Microsoft Office Viewer is not available for unregistered users.
  • File formats not supported by Microsoft Office Viewer will be unavailable for viewing and accessible only for download and local viewing on your device.
  • Files that were encrypted with a password will not be displayed.
  • Users who have a role configured with the attachment download ban will not be able to see the files.
