Manage notifications in WhiteDoc

WhiteDoc has a flexible system of user notifications about various actions on the platform.

All notifications are customized for each user personally. By default, they are all enabled.

Currently, WhiteDoc has two types of notifications: by email and in the service itself.

To manage your notifications, go to the 'Menu' in the upper right corner of the screen and open 'User Profile':

Select the 'Notifications' option:

On the current page, you can set up notifications both in the system and by email:

After selecting the desired settings, be sure to click the 'Save' button at the bottom left:


Please note:
Details on how to set up notifications:
  • Each mailbox has its own notification settings. This means that if you have multiple mailboxes, you can customise notifications differently for each one.
  • Each user can set up notifications as described in the instructions above.
  • Corporate account administrators can customise notifications for each user.
