Accept an envelope as a registered and logged-in user

You can accept the invitation as soon as you get an invitation in the envelope to your email address. You should follow the link and do a couple of simple steps to complete your part of the envelope processing flow.

Accept an envelope as a registered and logged-in user

Follow the link you will be redirected to the special page where you can accept an invitation to the envelope. If you have only one role assigned to your email, you have to select the mailbox which receives the particular envelope. You have different options to accept an invitation, such as:

  • Select one of the mailboxes from the list

  • Create a new mailbox and select this mailbox

If you select the mailbox and click the 'Apply' button, you will be redirected to the particular mailbox with an open envelope. If a user has more than one role assigned to their email, they will get an additional option to accept this envelope. Will be shown additional block with a checkbox 'Apply mailbox to all roles in envelope', which is pre-selected by default, and if a user selects the mailbox and clicks the 'Apply' button, this mailbox will be assigned to all roles. Also, users can select a different mailbox for different roles. For that need uncheck the 'Apply mailbox to all roles in envelope' checkbox, and after that will be shown additional block with all roles. In this block user can provide a mailbox address for each role or leave this selection for later. And now you can take part in the processing flow as a participant.

Below are some restrictions and features of the mailbox selection

  • In the drop-down list of the mailbox selection, you will see only mailboxes to which you have access and for which you have permissions to fill and send envelopes

  • To create a mailbox, you will see the modal window with two blocks:

    • Drop-down list with accounts

      • In the drop-down list, you will see only accounts to which you have access and for which you have permissions to manage mailboxes

    • Mailbox name
