You can configure access level to such entities on the platform as templates, dictionaries and scenarios. There are four access levels available:

Mailbox - only mailboxes that have been granted exclusive access have access to this item

Account - all mailboxes in the account have access to this item

Public - all mailboxes on the platform have access to this item via search

Official - all mailboxes on the platform have access to this item in the Official folder
