Access level

You can configure access level to such entities on the platform as templates, dictionaries and scenarios. There are four access levels available:

  1. Mailbox - only mailboxes that have been granted exclusive access have access to this item

  2. Account - all mailboxes in the account have access to this item

  3. Public - all mailboxes on the platform have access to this item via search

  4. Official - all mailboxes on the platform have access to this item in the Official folder

The official access level can only be set by the system administrator/
