At the bottom of the envelope menu template tab, you can find the 'Do not send files by email' attribute

If you enable this option and save the template, all envelopes created based on it will not contain files from the envelope in notification emails. Also, such envelopes cannot be shared with other mailboxes. If you set this option at the template level, you cannot change it at the envelope level later.
