WhiteDoc provides an AI assistant designed for managing envelopes efficiently.
This AI assistant offers intelligent summaries of related documents and facilitates direct interaction with artificial intelligence within the context of the envelope.
It analyses not only the content of the documents but also the envelope's metadata, including the sender, recipient, and timestamps. This capability enables the assistant to generate accurate, context-sensitive responses, ultimately enhancing work efficiency.
You can chat with the assistant regarding the status of envelopes, whether completed or uncompleted.
How to enable or disable the AI assistant section?
Inside the envelope, click on the AI assistant icon located at the top right:

When you first launch the assistant, you will see a brief overview of the documents in the envelope, along with several suggested questions based on their content. These questions will help you quickly get started with the assistant
You can close the assistant panel by clicking the AI assistant icon or the cross in the top right corner:
The AI assistant icon will only appear if the user has the necessary permissions; otherwise, the AI assistant will be inaccessible.
How to communicate with an AI assistant?
To interact with the assistant, click on one of the suggested questions:
You can also type your own message and send it by clicking the 'Send' button:
The assistant can only respond within the scope of the documents and the information contained within them. If a question is asked that is unrelated to the current context, the assistant will not be able to provide an answer
If you have communicated about the current envelope within the last 24 hours and launch the assistant again, you will see your conversation history. If more than 24 hours have passed, the conversation will start over.
