By default, envelopes can be sorted by columns or filtered using the following parameters:

  • The status of the envelope: ‘Waiting for you’, ‘Waiting’, ‘In processing’, ‘Completed’, ‘Cancelled’, or ‘Overdue’.

  • The period during which the envelope was sent or received

  • The sender's mailbox

  • The template used to create the envelope

The modal window for the 'Template' parameter will display a list of templates used in the envelopes shown on the mailbox page

When you enter text in the search field for the ‘Template’ parameter, a maximum of 25 templates will be displayed in the modal window

All these selected options can be combined into a filter that is saved at the mailbox level

To save the filter, set the desired parameters and click the ‘Save Filter’ button

After saving, you can select envelopes according to these criteria with just one click

You can also add additional filters by clicking the ‘Add filters’ button, which allows you to choose from a list of parameters

To apply an additional filter, select it from the list and check the corresponding box

You can remove added filters from the panel by clicking the remove icon хрестик.

If the ‘Search’ setting is enabled in the field properties of the template used to create the envelope, you can add this field as a filter (search by its name):

In addition to these flexible filters, you can search by subject or by the envelope UUID (assigned during creation)

Furthermore, you can customize the list view by hiding certain columns or rearranging them:

If the ‘Search’ setting is active in the field properties of the template, you can add that field to the list of columns by searching for its name, and the information from this field will be displayed in the general list of envelopes:
