Envelope management

You can view and manage your envelopes on the Mailbox page. To create a new envelope, click the 'New Envelope' button located next to your profile icon in the top right corner.

From the 'Number per Page' menu, you can select how many envelopes to display on each page.

You can customise the envelope list by adding additional columns through the 'Customise View' menu. Simply start typing a field name in the search box to see a list of available fields.

Any field with the 'Search' option enabled can be added as an additional column.

Furthermore, you can filter the displayed envelopes by selecting filters or envelope fields from the same menu.

To save your configured filters, click the 'Save Filter' button.

On the left side of the page, you can navigate through the folders in your mailbox.

Your system administrator can allow you to hide empty folders from the list.

To move envelopes to the Archive folder, select them and click the 'Archive' button.

Please note that only envelopes with the statuses of 'Completed', 'Overdue', 'Cancelled', or 'Draft' can be archived.

If you need to access archived envelopes later, you can unarchive them by clicking the 'Unarchive' button in the Archived folder.

To delete envelopes, select them and click the 'Add to Trash' button.

You can only delete envelopes with the statuses of 'Completed', 'Expired', 'Cancelled', or 'Draft'.
Envelopes moved to the trash will be automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days (this default setting is configured by the system administrator), provided all participants in the processing flow have moved them to the trash. However, if an envelope involves a participant with a deleted mailbox who did not move it to the trash, the envelope will not be completely deleted and will remain in the trash for the other participants indefinitely.

You can recover envelopes from the Trash folder by clicking the 'Recover Envelopes' button.
