Domain users are a special type of user that can be created, managed, and deleted by an account administrator. The idea is that the domain users you verify, who use the corresponding domains, will be automatically attached to an account that has a verified domain. How to add, verify, and activate domains is described in the domain configuration topic. How to create a user or users in a verified domain can be found in the creating user(s) topic.

Once you've added, verified, and activated a domain, you can create and manage users with the corresponding domains.

Users who were registered before the domain verification and activation will be automatically assigned to the account with the verified domain. These users will not lose any access rights to the account/mailboxes they already have.

Users who register after verification and activation of domains will be automatically assigned to an account with a verified domain. These users will not have access to any account/mailbox until the account administrator adds the appropriate permissions.
