On the template configuration page, you can set some template properties, such as template name, description, access level and more. In the screenshot below, you can find the template properties description

Version info - appears after the template is saved. Here you can find the UUIDs of the template, its current version and the owner's mailbox

Template path - this property allows you to configure the template storage location across your mailboxes

Template name and description - these fields are mandatory to save a template

Template Access - property which allows you to set the access level of the template according to your needs. You can read more about this functionality here

Envelope Properties - subject and message of envelopes created from a template. If set on the template level, it’s impossible to change it on the envelope level later

Envelope expiry day - allows you to configure the expiration period of envelopes created from the template. If set on the template level, it’s impossible to change it on the envelope level later

Envelope delegation - allows or denies the delegation of the envelope. If set on the template level, it’s impossible to change it on the envelope level later

Envelope sending and sharing - this property allows or denies the possibility to attach documents to the envelope completion email notification or the possibility to share the envelope. If set on the template level, it’s impossible to change it on the envelope level later

Template cover - preview of the template that will be visible in mailboxes which have access to the template. Can use a custom image or dynamically generate a preview of the first page of the template

Configure envelope archive files - this feature allows you to configure an envelope archive that can be downloaded upon completion of the envelope.
