After creating an invitation, a user who has not yet registered will receive an email with a link to the registration form. If the user clicks on this link, they will be redirected to the registration form with a pre-filled email address and name (if the name is specified in the invitation form), where the email cannot be edited. As soon as the user fills in the required fields on the registration page and confirms the registration, they will create a user profile, account, and mailbox(es), and receive access rights according to the permissions that were set at the invitation stage.
