The WhiteDoc service allows you to conveniently add electronic seals when signing documents with digital keys.
Currently, the following signing methods are available:
- Electronic Digital Key (EDS)
- Qualified Electronic Signature (QES)
- SmartID (Privat24)
- Diia.Signature
- CloudKey
- Vchasno.QES
- PUMB
- Other electronic signature devices (token, ridge)
How to add a stamp
Open the desired envelope and click on the red signature field:
Choose a method to sign the document:
In the next window, select the signature file. The system will prompt you to enter the password for the key. Below this field, you will find an option to 'Add a stamp':
After selecting the required seal, the system will prompt you to enter the password for it:
Once you have entered the passwords for both the signature and the seal, click the 'Open key' and 'Open stamp' buttons:
After successfully unlocking the signature and seal, information with identification data will appear on the screen, and the 'Next' button will become active. Click this button to proceed:
You will then receive a notification confirming that the signing was successful. Click the 'Close' button:
In the lower right corner, you will see the 'Send' button. Be sure to click this button to finalize the process:
If you do not click the 'Send' button, the signature and seal will not be applied to the document
