Customers can cancel one or more envelopes from the mailbox page. To do this, they should select the relevant envelopes with the statuses 'In processing' (if the customer initiated the envelope) or 'Waiting for you'. Then, click on the 'Cancel envelopes' icon (it looks like a circle with a cross) located in the table header. If necessary, enter a comment in the modal window that appears and confirm the cancellation.

Once the cancellation is successful, the status of all selected envelopes will change to 'CANCELLED'. If the customer selects envelopes with a status other than the permitted ones, an error message will appear after confirming the cancellation.
