Assignee role

Assignee is a role which has to fill in fields in the envelope or sign a document electronic signature if necessary. The assignee role has to have at least one field in at least one document of the template. The order of the assignee role in the flow should be lower than the order of the Signer role.

Signer role

QES signer role is a role which has to sign a document with an Advanced or Qualified electronic signature. Signer role has to have at least one QES field in at least one document of the template. The QES signer role can’t have two QES fields for one document. The order of the Signer role in the flow should be greater than the order of the assignee.

Approver role

Approver role can approve or reject the envelope movement to the next roles. Approver role can be set at any point of the processing flow, but not earlier than the Sender.

CC role

CC role just received a copy of the envelope and can’t edit the fields in the document. CC role can be set at any place in the processing flow, but not earlier than the Sender.
